Eve Odete is an international consultant with extensive experience in policy development, advocacy, institutional strengthening, and business advisory. She is the Founder/Director of Multitrack Policy Consultants.
During her career, she has supported development and private sector companies to understand the policy and regulatory environments across Africa and the Global South, to inform the policy and investment decisions of states, the African Union, the European Union, the G8, G20, the World Bank, and the UN, and over 30 countries across Africa and Asia.
Eve boasts knowledge and understanding of Aid and development, public finance management; renewable energy, natural resource management, the Circular Economy, climate change; financing for agriculture, good governance, health policies, renewable energy, gender, and women’s empowerment.
She serves on several boards, including the Access to Medicines Platform (AtMP), and holds global certification in Master Facilitation, awarded by AFP. Institutional Strengthening for Civil Society Organisations, awarded by USAID and Management Health Sciences. Her research publications span Financing for Agriculture, Corporate Tax, Democracy, and Women’s Rights.
